USG acquired a historic building in Portland, Oregon on Burnside bridge over the Willamette River, which divides booming downtown Portland with its historically industrial central east side counterpart.

USG acquired a 26,000 square foot downtown building one week prior to a Portland Development Corporation's announcement that a major mixed use project was to be built across the street.
