• The project is to consist of a Home Depot, a mid price 8 story condominium project, and an office tower.
• We are continuing to assemble adjacent properties, all of which are zoned for up to nine story high rise development.
• We anticipate renting the building for 2-3 years before commencing conversion to residential loft live/work spaces.
• By adding mezzanines:
  We will increase the rentable feet by 13,000 square feet and anticipate adding 2 to 3 additional stories, thereby further increasing rental footage another 27,000 square feet.
