- Designing flexible, open and eclectic loft apartment live/work spaces for delivery at costs significantly below our more conventional competition.
- Price and Appeal to mid-level renters to minimize venture risks.
- Curtailing costs through economy of design, purchase of materials and services in the world market, hiring and training our own crews and supervising and contracting most of our own work.
