This 190,000 square foot 4 story factory complex on three acres of land next to the recently completed Eagle Square mixed use project and just east of the 20 acre Rising Sun residential mixed use project now under construction.

We anticipate building a residential project with 15,000 square feet of intimate scale commercial usages and Preliminary plans indicate the development of 145 loft style units with any where from 30 to 80 indoor parking spaces, with the balance of the spaces to be outdoor.

• The units will be highly flexible New York “So Ho” style units with re-finished original hard wood floors, exposed brick walls, and industrial style windows.

• The historic façade will be preserved and restored with anomalous non original elements removed.
