Columbus, OH |
| B and T metals factory in Columbus, Ohio had been vacant for twenty years. It is located across the tracks from a 200 acre city redevelopment area, and is considered a Brownfield siteby EPA standards. It was the first Black owned manufacturing business in the U.S., and during WWII made parts for the Manhattan Project. We acquired theproperty six months prior to the resolution of the area's floodplain issues, and now anticipate being the first major redevelopment in what had been a downtrodden area. |
